-When is my rent due?
Rent is due on the first business day of the month. Rent must be received by that date. It becomes late on the second day.

-Are there late charges?
For rent received late, yes. Late charges are necessary to cover the additional costs incurred by GCC Colorado. Please check your residential lease agreement for details. Any payments received are first applied to outstanding late charges. Late charges cannot be waived.

How can I stop a pending EFT transfer?
We need at least 30 days to stop or change an ongoing EFT transfer, but are happy to do so. Please just submit an updated EFT form. Please note a returned EFT transfer will result in both a $25.00 NSF fee and a $50.00 late fee.
